Position: Technical Recruiter
 
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Understand requirement from the Customer. Screening resumes, post jobs on websites, head-hunting.
  • Maintain candidate database.
  • Telephonic screening/Interviewing candidates
  • Arranging interviews with prospective clients through key skill selling.
  • Following up on candidate status & discussing offers to be made.
  • The candidate will be required to work in Night Shift.
  •  
    Required Skills
  • 1 - 4 years experience in recruitment process for US market.
  • Excellent communication, Specialized in IT recruitment (US Operations - Should be well versed with US job contract terms).
  • Innovative, goal-driven.
  • Fast learner capable of handling pressure
  • Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements independently
  • Computer savvy Experience in using Job portals, Posting jobs
  • Compose and send effective/innovative mails
  • Specifically adapt & comfortable in use of MS/Open Office, Windows Outlook Express, ability to learn & use various software tool.
