| Responsibilities |

| Understand requirement from the Customer. Screening resumes, post jobs on websites, head-hunting. |
| Maintain candidate database. |
| Telephonic screening/Interviewing candidates |
| Arranging interviews with prospective clients through key skill selling. |
| Following up on candidate status & discussing offers to be made. |
| The candidate will be required to work in Night Shift. |

| Required Skills |
| 1 - 4 years experience in recruitment process for US market. |
| Excellent communication, Specialized in IT recruitment (US Operations - Should be well versed with US job contract terms). |
| Innovative, goal-driven. |
| Fast learner capable of handling pressure |
| Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies |
| Ability to handle multiple requirements independently |
| Computer savvy Experience in using Job portals, Posting jobs |
| Compose and send effective/innovative mails |
| Specifically adapt & comfortable in use of MS/Open Office, Windows Outlook Express, ability to learn & use various software tool. |
